SUPPLEMENTS THAT ACTUALLY IMPROVE MUSCLE GROWTH

In the Fitness Industry there are many supplements that claim they can have significant effect on muscle growth; but are snake oil scams. Or they'll claim to provide a benefit but this may only be a very little benefit if at all. That's why below I'm going to provide a list of five supplements that I believe to actually cause improvements in your physique without any major side effects. As a disclaimer I am not claiming any of the supplements listed below cure or prevent any disease. Please consult your medical professional before taking any of these.

Number one: Laxogenin

Found in plants, Laxogenin is a natural anabolic agent. It helps them to become larger, the theory is that it does the same in humans. It is very promising and thousands of people across the world including myself have used this potent plant anabolic and have gotten crazy results from it. People who have tried Laxogenin often report

Some of it's properties include it's aid in

As laxogenin is neither an anabolic steroid or prohormone, it is presumed to have no effect on the body's hormones levels.

Overall Laxogenin is a great supplement that I have used to stack on over 10 pounds of muscle; throughout my multiple cycles of this compound.

My code Andrew gives you 28% off your order! It's called Androgenin.

Number two: Ecdysterone

Another potent anabolic, derived from certain plants and insects, such as quinoa and arthropods;  ecdysterone gets it's name from the process of “ecdysis” or molting in insects. It's chemical structure is similar to that of testosterone, without any of the side effects you can imagine why I included this on this list... Ecdysterone binds to the estrogen receptor in the body, this allows for some serious muscle gains. On this you can expect to add strength gains and get larger muscles in no time.

While researching for this article, I found many reviews, here are some of the results

Number three: Turkesterone

Now you might have heard of Turkesterone because it's pretty mainstream in the fitness space. Don't let that fool you, because it actually works. Turkesterone is an ecdysteroid, like all of the supplements which we have disscussed previously. It is a non-hormonal steroid found in plants. Ecdysteroids have a special ability to induce growth; ecdysteroids are often compared to testosterone. Like the others, since it doesn't affect your hormones, turkesterone is completely safe for the average person.

The reviews on turkesterone are all very positive but in case you weren't conviced already here are some below

One user after using Turkesterone for 12 weeks said;

"I have never felt stronger in the gym, my lifts have all skyrocketed and the fat is just slicing off"

This isn't just a once in a blue type of thing for ecdysteroids. Thousands of people have these same results every day, these reviews are posted all over the internet.

Do Test boosters really work?

Do Test Boosters really work?

Most test boosters are bullshit, but if you get one with good ingredients it  can have profound effects on testosterone levles. Especially if they're already below baseline. Alot of companies drastically underdose their products, or just put ingredients that just dont plain work in their test boosters.

In one study, researchers evaluated 50 different “Test booster” supplements (The study)

Through their research they found that, while 90% of these supplements claimed to increase testosterone production in the body; only 25% of them actually had data to support their claims. What’s more staggering is that, 10% of the supplements actually contained ingredients that appeared to negatively affect testosterone production. So as you can see you have to research the ingredients in the product; before you just blindly waste money on a fake supplement.

With all of that being said there are many companies that actually properly dose their ingredients. Some key ingredients to look for would be (click the link on each of the ingredients to see the studies showing how each of these improve testosterone levels and help ED):

There are other ingredients you could take that are guaranteed to improve test levels but these are the main ones worth mentioning. Granted, these are alot of supplements and to have them at the proper dosages all in one, would be very expensive. That's why the product below includes all of these major test boosting ingredients and more; for half of the price.
